Payment Plans:

Tuition Payment Plan I: Summer Settlement
Remaining 90% of annual tuition paid in one sum over the summer. Discounted by 3% if paid by July 1”

Tuition Payment Plan II: Monthly Installments
Remaining 90% of annual tuition 10% of annual due by the first of the month, paid in 9 equal installments September through May

Admission Process for new students:

1. Return a completed application to the office, with your application fee.
2. A teacher will call you to schedule an interview.
3. After the interview, you will receive an enrollment packet.
4. Complete all the enrollment forms, and sign the enrollment contract. Submit the enrollment forms, with your enrollment and material fees.
5. A nonrefundable tuition deposit of 10% is due by June 1, or upon enrollment. This will reserve a space for your child in the class.
6. You may pay the remaining balance due on annual tuition by July 1, and receive a discount of 3%. If you elect to pay the balance in monthly installments instead, your payments are due by the first of the month, September through May.
7. Families with more than one child enrolled automatically receive a 10% discount on the younger child's tuition.

A limited amount of tuition assistance is available to qualified families. Please call or email Xander the business manager for more information if you need help.
