Back-to-School Checklist for Cedarwood:
- All student and family emergency information (doctor contacts, medical releases and emergency contacts) needs to be updated in your TADS account before school begins. This information is crucial in case of an emergency. Any time you have a change of information, it is essential that you update your account as soon as possible. All updates need to be completed by Sept. 6.
- All immunization records by law need to be current, and the enrollment office needs a copy of the new form required by the state as of March 1, 2013. Click here for current Immunization Form.
- An emergency kit must be assembled and given to your child’s class teacher.Click here for Emergency Kit Supply List.
- If your child needs extended care, which is available to all students in kindergarten and grades 1-4, please make sure you have completed your TADS information. Call Tiffany Jackson in the main office if you have any questions.
All Cedarwood families are invited to upload our school calendar to their personal scheduling devices (smartphone, Google calendar, etc.). Please go to the Cedarwood Calendar tab on our website. This will keep you informed of all classroom and school activities.
