Día de los Muertos: A Panel Discussion with Community

This year at Cedarwood we will be honoring Día de los Muertos as a whole school for the first time.

In the past, students in grades 5-8 have learned about this tradition as part of the Spanish program, and we are excited to make it one of Cedarwood’s all-school festivals.

This panel discussion was moderated by Señora Michelle and recorded with Jessica Lagunas, Fernanda Vuilleumier, and Silvia Santana, who generously share their experiences and insight about the deeper meaning and ways of celebrating this tradition in Mexico and in the U.S.
