Mixed Media Art Camp: July 27 - 31 (Rising Grades 2-6) 2026
With Nanni Richardson
July 27 - July 31
Rising Grades 2nd-6th
Camp Time:
8:30am - 3:00pm
Returning for a second year, the Mixed Media Art camp (formerly Upcycled Art) will use lots of different mediums to create some unique art! We will make custom sketchbooks, work on group art pieces and individual projects using everything from fiber, to beads, paper, paint, recycled and upcycled objects and more. This camp is perfect for the young artist that likes plenty of creative freedom. The week will result in projects that campers will be excited to make and share in an art gallery on the Friday of camp - open to all family! Last year we played with cyanotype, collage, bookbinding multimedia journals, art mail and even built an entire town out of recycled materials. This year's camp will revisit some of last year's favorites and introduce even more fun projects!
Nanni Richardson is the handwork teacher at Woodland Charter School in Grants Pass, OR and the former extended day teacher at Cedarwood. She loves plants, fiber arts, being outside and sharing all these interests with her students.
