In the spring of 2019, a dedicated group of faculty, staff, board members, and parents representing all classes at Cedarwood Waldorf School worked diligently to develop a new strategic plan. We surveyed the full community for input, and shared those results at the spring 2019 Three Pillars Meeting. Our goal continues to be to grow and strengthen Cedarwood into the best possible Waldorf school, preparing our students to meet the challenges around them.
The 2019 -2023 strategic plan outlines the different areas in which we plan to work over several years, including space for visions of expansion and the growth of our program and campus, as well as refining and improving the day-to-day life of the school.
In 2024, the Board of Trustees will be engaging in a process to update the strategic plan after the hiring of a permanent Head of School.
