Cooking Camp, a joyful week of Food, Nature & Play
Let your future foodie shine at Cooking Camp! Campers will embark on a global culinary adventure, spending five fun-filled days exploring hands-on cooking techniques and discovering delicious new flavors. From preparing tasty recipes to learning skills they can recreate at home, this camp is perfect for inspiring creativity and confidence in the kitchen.
Our days are balanced with plenty of outdoor time, including refreshing water play, walks to a nearby park, and a tentative visit to the OHSU Farmers Market, where children can experience fresh, local food in the wider community, and shop for ingredients they will cook with later!
Led by Silvia Santana, a warm and experienced Waldorf educator of over a decade. Silvia’s warm and nurturing teaching style, paired with her passion for fostering creativity, makes her the perfect guide for this flavorful journey.
This camp offers a nurturing, imaginative space where children can learn by doing, connect with nature, and delight in the magic of preparing food together. Join us for a week of delicious learning, movement, and summertime joy!
